We were invited by Dishoom to design and fabricate two kiosk units for the sale of merchandise over the Christmas period.
In India, Irani cafés are convivial spaces that welcome people from all walks of life to gather and share a cup of chai. They function as places of encounter and everyday community. Drawing inspiration from the display and storage cabinets commonly found in Mumbai’s Irani cafés, the kiosks reinterpret these familiar forms to celebrate the vibrancy and openness of this cultural tradition.
The two units are currently in Covent Garden and Carnaby Street Dishoom throughout Christmas 2025.
